EVENT UPDATE

There has already been a fantastic buzz in the press and online about the stellar line-up that the producers of STONE Music Festival are bringing to Australia in April. We are pleased to confirm that all artists announced are contracted and paid for in full and all funding for the event is committed and available.

We're looking forward to the support of the national media and enjoy the enthusiastic endorsement of all contracted artists and their agencies and management.

David Lee Roth confirmed in statements that the band is coming to Australia for the first time in a quarter of a century and stated “Australian audiences can expect a playlist reflecting the bands heavy metal roots, its flamboyant pop tunes and tracks from the bands critically lauded 2012 album, A Different Kind of Truth”. The original line up of David Lee Roth, Alex and Eddie Van Halen will be performing at the Festival.

Billy Joel’s agent, Dennis Arfa of Artist Group International confirmed, “We look forward to this event”. Billy Joel last toured Australia in 2008.

The Producers are excited about contributing to the Australian music scene by staging an event of this magnitude, providing a platform for the stellar line-up of international and national artists and an event of this quality for Australia’s music fans.

Festival activity from 11am to 11pm on one main stage – 24 artists performing for 24 hours over 2 days for GA$179 each day.
