What time do the gates open?

Gates are scheduled to open at 12:00pm on Saturday 20 April (1st Act commences 12:15pm) and 3:00pm on Sunday 21 April (1st act commences 3:10pm). This is subject to change by the promoter on the day. Patrons should check their individual tickets for their designated entry gate.

What happens if I lose my ticket?

Treat your tickets like cash. There will be NO refunds or replacement of tickets under any circumstance.

Entry to the festival will not be permitted without a ticket.

Is it safe to buy tickets from scalpers?

No. You risk wasting your money on a ticket that is liable to be invalid. Re-selling tickets is a breach of the Conditions of Sale.

Are there any age restrictions?

Patrons 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years of age) at all times.
Police and Security will be checking IDs throughout the festival to ensure under 15s are with their accompanying adult. You may be required to leave the festival if you are 15 years and under and not with an adult.

Yes. A taxi rank is located on Herb Elliott Avenue between the Novotel and the Pullman hotels.

What’s the best route if I have to drive?

Parking can be pre-purchased from Ticketek agencies by calling 132 849 or by visiting www.ticketek.com.au. Parking will incur a flat rate of $20.

Those driving should allow plenty of time to get to Sydney Olympic Park, find a parking space and get to Stone Music Festival.

What should I know about entry to the festival?

• Police and security will be undertaking checks at the entry gates for prohibited items.
• Patrons are strongly advised against bringing chairs and umbrellas if arriving early to queue. These items will not be permitted into the Stadium and CANNOT be cloaked.
• Sunscreen, hats and protective clothing are recommended.
• Limited food and beverage items will be available for sale outside the venue on the day of Stone Music Festival.
• Alcoholic beverages will not be permitted in queues or to be brought into the venue.
• All plastic bottles must be sealed. Unsealed bottles must be discarded before entry.

Can I reserve space?

Seating is reserved in the Platinum Zone. All other areas are general admission. You are not permitted to reserve any area by the use of rugs or tarpaulins. Fold-up chairs or stools are not permitted in the Stadium Platinum or Arena Zone.

Will the festival still go ahead in the event of bad weather?

Advice from the concert promoter is that the festival will go ahead rain, hail or shine. This would only change if public safety becomes an issue.

Will I be able to cloak personal items at the Stadium?

There will be NO cloaking facilities at this event. We recommend you leave bags and other large items at home so you don’t get held up coming into the Stadium

Can I take an umbrella into the Stadium?

NO. We recommend taking a raincoat, spray jacket or poncho if the weather's not looking great.

Can I take an esky into the Stadium?

NO. Eskies are not permitted into the venue for Stone Music Festival.

Can I take a camera into Stone Music Festival?

Yes. Cameras are permitted for personal images only. You may not use cameras or recording devices for commercial purposes. Professional cameras and camera tripods are not permitted.

What food and drink can I carry into the concert?

Patrons are permitted to bring small amounts of food and drink (excluding alcohol) into ANZ Stadium.

As a guide, personal belongings, including food and drink for personal use, should be contained in a small day pack.

All water and soft drink plastic bottles brought into the Stadium must be sealed. Unsealed bottles will need to be discarded before entry.

Will there be alcohol available at Stone Music Festival?

Yes. ANZ Stadium is a licenced premise and serves alcohol during events. If you are purchasing or consuming alcohol, you must have appropriate ID

All persons entering ANZ Stadium are advised that:

• they are entering licenced premises;
• intoxicated or drug affected persons will not be permitted entry;
• persons in possession of liquor or drugs will not be permitted entry;
• checking procedures will apply to prevent persons possessing liquor from entering;
• intoxicated persons will be removed from the premises;
• it is an offence for minors to purchase and consume liquor;
• it is an offence to purchase liquor for (or supply liquor to) minors;
• persons supplying liquor to minors will be reported to the police and penalties apply under the Liquor Act 2007.

What are the prohibited items for this event?

• Knives, guns, sharp objects, laser pointers or any other item that is deemed to be dangerous, or could be used as a weapon.
• Flares and fireworks.
• Illicit drugs and ‘happy’ herbs.
• Alcohol
• Any beverage in a glass bottle, can or flask.
• Unsealed plastic bottles (eg: water and soft drink).
• Oversized bags (handbags, small day packs or similar, will be permitted).
• Chairs of any kind, eskies and umbrellas.
• Offensive clothing or signage.
• Scooters, rollerblades, skateboards and push bikes.
• Video cameras, or large lens professional cameras and tripods.
• Audio recording equipment.
• Any item that may cause injury or public nuisance.
 

Please Note: There will be NO CLOAKING facilities at this event.

Will my bag be checked?

Yes. Security checks may be carried out on bags. To help avoid delays, it is best to leave your bag at home if you can.

Will other patron security checks be conducted?

Police and security staff may ask patrons to submit to a pat down or wand search to ensure illegal or prohibited items are not brought into the venue. Refusal to comply with a search request may result in not being admitted into the Stadium for the festival.

If you are intoxicated or drug affected on arrival, you will not be permitted into the venue.

ANZ Stadium is a licensed venue. If you are purchasing or consuming alcohol, you must have appropriate ID.

Dancing and singing – what’s hot, what’s not?

Dancing and singing are considered to be normal and reasonable behaviour at Stone Music Festival, subject to the following:

• no standing on seats
• no standing in aisles
• no jumping from seats
• no offensive language
• no sitting on shoulders
• no crowd surfing
• no heavy moshing
• no slam dancing

Is smoking permitted at ANZ Stadium?

ANZ Stadium is a smoke free venue. Smoking in the seating bowl, Platinum Zone or on the arena and other public areas of the Stadium is not permitted.

Limited ATMs are available outside the venue and inside the Stadium. To avoid queues, patrons are encouraged to visit an ATM before coming to the event.

Yes. Medical crews will be present inside the Stadium to attend to any problems, no matter how big or small.

NO. Pass-outs will not be permitted once you are inside the event precinct.
