Stone Music Festival
Tickets
This ticket is sold by STONE MUSIC FESTIVAL PTY LTD (ABN 69 161 326 576) who is responsible for the Event. The following conditions are both of sale (including any resale or subsequent assignment), entry and attendance at the Event.
- ‘You’ and ‘your’ refers to the customer. ‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘Stone Music Festival’ and ‘Event organiser’ refers to STONE MUSIC FESTIVAL PTY LTD its employees, contractors, volunteers and authorized persons.. This agreement means these terms and conditions and any other conditions specified by us on our website and booking forms.
- All bookings and ticket purchases are non-transferable and may not be sold or transferred by You.
- No refund or exchange on any ticket or service fee will be given except in accordance with the applicable laws in the region of purchase.
- There will be no refund on any unused portion of tickets if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave or if you decide not to attend any part of the Event.
- We reserve the right to charge a fee for the replacement of lost, destroyed or stolen tickets.
- We reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
- We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Event for any reason. In the event of the cancellation in advance of the Event, we will provide a refund less an amount to cover the cost of ticketing.
- We reserve the right at any time to change the venue of the Event. In the event of a change in venue we will publish details on the Stone Music Festival website.
- The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the Event organiser and the venue’s terms of admission, copies of which are available online and from Stone Music Festival on request.
- If entering the Event as an adult ID to prove legal age must be shown at the gate entrance.
- Any minor under 15 cannot enter except in the company of a responsible adult.
- Ticket purchase made under the “Tooheys New Matesrates” “$50 off” on all tickets prices offer are required to be for persons 18 years or over. It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed.
- It may be a condition of entry to the Event that a search of your person and/or your possessions is required at the time of entry to the venue. Glass, alcohol, weapons, illegal substances or any item the Event organisers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner may be confiscated. Refusal to consent to a search will prevent entry to the Event, without refund.
- Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased through an authorized point of sale.
- Audio or visual recordings of the Event are prohibited. Still cameras (not professional) are permitted but images may only be used for private purposes and not public display. By attending the Event, You consent to being included in any film and/or sound recordings of the Event that may take place and agree for these recordings to be used by the Event organiser.
- Animals are not permitted, except in accordance with legislation.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability of any nature for the acts, omissions or default of those providing services in connection with the Event or any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which are incurred at or in association with this Event. Where legislation implies any condition or warranty which cannot be excluded or modified, that condition or warranty will be deemed to be included in this agreement. However, our liability for any breach of such condition or warranty will be limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary or special damages.
- Admission is at the ticket holders own risk. You acknowledge that neither we nor the venue will be responsible for any loss or damage to property (including personal property such as bags, money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the Event by you or your invitees.
- You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at the Event by you or your invitees.
- You must ensure that you and your invitees act in an orderly manner when attending the Event. We may refuse entry or evict you or any of your invitees if they are behaving in a disorderly, offensive, threatening or inappropriate manner towards any person.
- The Event is open to all ages. Patrons under the age of 15 years that attend the Event must be supervised by an adult at all times. Children who behave in a disorderly, disruptive or inappropriate manner may at the sole discretion of the Event organisers be required to leave.
- Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion whether commercial or non-commercial without the prior written consent of the Event organisers.
- In order to purchase your ticket, we may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, credit card or payment details, telephone number and the names of all ticket allocations. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may disclose your contact details to third parties so they can provide you with promotional material about other events and products. We may also need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we will handle your personal information.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The following conditions of entry will apply to all ANZ Stadium customers attending the Stone Music Festival on 20 and 21 April, 2013.These conditions should be read in conjunction with the conditions appearing on each ticket that apply to all ticket holders.
Refusal of Entry
For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all patrons, ANZ Stadium management reserves the right to:
- Refuse entry to any persons deemed to be intoxicated and / or disorderly;
- Refuse entry to any unauthorised persons;
- Refuse entry to any patrons who do not comply with a request to conduct a bag or personal (i.e. pat down) search;
- Refuse entry of items which have the potential to cause injury or public nuisance (ie large flags / banners, musical instruments etc).
General Conditions
- ANZ Stadium reserves the right to inspect / search bags of all persons who enter or exit the Stadium, regardless of size. This may include the touching of the outside of the bag and / or seeking assistance of the bag owner to remove items from the bag.
- Patrons who cause a disturbance, or refuse to comply with requests made by ANZ Stadium staff will be evicted from ANZ Stadium.
- Pass outs will not be issued.
- Alcoholic beverages cannot be taken into or from ANZ Stadium by patrons.
- Smoking on the premises is only permitted in designated smoking areas and not within the Stadium’s seating bowl, the arena, concourses or enclosed areas.
- Customers wishing to bring personal items into ANZ Stadium do so at their own risk. ANZ Stadium will not be held responsible for any damages to, loss or theft of a patron’s personal property.
- Umbrellas may not be brought into the Stadium.
- For safety reasons, strollers and prams are not permitted into the Stadium’s seating bowl or the arena floor. Strollers may be cloaked in stroller bays provided by the Stadium.
- Unauthorised soliciting and customer surveying is not permitted.
- Customers are not permitted to throw any objects around or within the ANZ Stadium seating areas or arena floor.
- Plastic bottles brought into the Stadium or purchased at Stadium outlets will need to have their tops removed prior to entering the arena floor. If you are ticketed to the arena floor, please assist Stadium staff by removing bottle tops at gates before entry.
Restricted / Prohibited Items
The following restricted / prohibited items are not permitted into ANZ Stadium:
- Glass or cans;
- Alcoholic beverages;
- Flares / Fireworks;
- Laser pointers;
- Knives or other dangerous weapons;
- Cameras with large zoom lenses and camera tripods;
- Confetti or shredded paper;
- Scooters, roller skates, skateboards and push bikes;
- Backpacks or oversized bags (arena floor only);
- Eskies and other oversized objects
- Chairs;
- Umbrellas;
- Patrons are not to wear or otherwise display commercial, political or other offensive signage or logos;
- Bags of larger dimensions than 35cm in height, 20cm in width and 30cm in length (ie too large to be stored under a seat). Please note, eskies and large bags will not be permitted onto the Stadium arena for the AC/DC concerts.
Other items as determined by ANZ Stadium management that may cause injury or public nuisance.
Liquor Licencing
All persons entering ANZ Stadium are advised that:
- They are entering licenced premises;
- Intoxicated persons will not be permitted to enter;
- Persons in possession of liquor will not be permitted to enter;
- Checking procedures will apply to prevent persons possessing liquor from entering;
- Intoxicated persons will be removed from the premises;
- It is an offence for minors to purchase and consume liquor;
- It is an offence to purchase liquor for (or supply liquor to) minors or intoxicated persons;
- Persons supplying liquor to minors or intoxicated persons will be reported to the Police and penalties apply under the Liquor Act 2007.
Special Condition of Entry - Patron Pat-Down Searches
The Stadium’s security staff may ask concert patrons to submit to a pat-down search to ensure illegal or prohibited items are not brought into the venue. Refusal by a patron to comply with a search request may result in the patron not being admitted into the Stadium for the concert.
Special Condition of Entry - Outlaw Motor Cycle Gangs
A patron wearing ‘Colours’ or ‘Insignia’ identifying them as belonging to Outlaw Motor Cycle Gangs (OMCGs) or other groups as designated by the NSW Police, is prohibited from entering ANZ Stadium. This includes jackets, t-shirts, scarves, waistcoats, caps, patches, etc.
Stone Music Festival Mates Rock Weekend prize draw competition Terms and Conditions:
- The closing date for this competition is 12/04/2013.
- Only one entry per prize draw.
- All prizes are subject to availability, Stone Music Festival reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative product of equal or higher value if necessary at the promoters' discretion.
- Purchase of a Stone Music Festival ticket is required.
- This prize draw is only open to Australian residents.
- The promotions are not open to employees of Stone Music Festival or anyone directly connected with the administration of this promotion.
- Winner(s) will be selected at random after the closing date by an independent judge from all entries received. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winner(s) will be notified by email or telephone (using the details provided at entry) within 1 day of the closing date. Following such notification, the winner will be required to send the Promoter full details of their postal address to which elements of the Prize will be delivered and will be required to pick up other elements of the Prize from locations that will be specified during notification.
- If the Promoter cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter's sole discretion); or (ii) the winner does not return details of its postal address to the Promoter within 2 days of notification that they have won the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the Promotion and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
- Please allow 28 days for delivery of some elements of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the elements of the Prize that are being delivered being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
- By entering the Mates Rock Weekend online prize draw you agree to having your name, details and photo published online or in any promotional material.
